I noticed a bug in hide and seek: when I find a hiding spot and stand there for more than 4 minutes, I get kicked back into the lobby due to being AFK. Is this a bug or not?

I saw user named hallowe in BedWars and he destroyed my teams base and we were in same team.
He destroyed our generator in start od match and were absolutely in Creative, he took for him self diamond full set of armor and destroyed blocks what you can’t destroy normaly.
Please help me and tell for me what I should to do
